TOPAZ WATER JET is a precise, digitally controlled device for water stream cutting, built on the basis of precise plasma cutting machines TOPAZ HD. Facing the modern industry needs, the workers of ECKERT company elaborated the most modern cutting machine construction that enables for high quality cutting of very different materials (steel, glass, stone, ceramics, gum, composite materials etc.).

In our device we applied modern high-pressure Streamline SL-IV pumps of Ingersoll-Rand company being the world standard of clean water cutting and cutting with hydro-abrasive usage. The cutting head for abrasive cutting of Autiline is the most effective and the most resistant head available on market.

Almost 15-year experience got while building the cutting machines let us construct a device that through its build, high accurate drives and control system fulfilled the requirement of precise cutting for both, low and high series.

The cutting machine has a portal build in a compact system. The construction of the table consists of a fixed main frame made of closed profiles on which a lengthwise route is installed made of and highly smoothed rail runners. Precise tempered runners are placed on a cross beam of the portal.

Drive system, that is servomotors, planetary gears, precise runners, exact toothed bars guarantee long life and high machine efficiency for a long time.
